Heritage specification
Built as permanent masonry, planned as a deliverable product.
The collection changes the visible detailing. The underlying ModuStone approach remains substantial reinforced construction, refractory fire-area materials and a real-stone finish.
Before delivery: ModuStone confirms the ordered configuration, destination, access, approximate weight and receiving requirements. Do not size permanent foundations or lifting equipment from a generic estimate.
Stone selection
Choose the character, then let real stone be real stone.
Harvest Bluff and Coastal Blue Granite are the current standard selections. Each unit naturally varies in colour, shape and texture, so the finished masonry will not look mass-printed.
Standard format
Use the render studies to compare the overall stone direction. Final natural stone will vary from the rendering and from unit to unit.
XL format
The double-width format gives the stonework considerably more visual presence, especially in larger patios and commercial social spaces.

Does the stone arrive already installed?
Yes. The visible natural-stone exterior, coping and firebox masonry are completed during fabrication. The receiving site is focused on base preparation, unloading, placement and project-specific final work.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Freight and receiving requirements vary by destination, site access and lifting plan, so delivery is confirmed separately before the order is finalized.
Can a landscape contractor install it?
Yes, where the contractor has the appropriate equipment and can prepare the site to the product requirements. ModuStone provides the order-specific information needed to plan handling and placement.
Is this kept in stock?
ModuStone fire pits are made to order rather than treated as lightweight warehouse inventory. That allows the stone selection and production schedule to be confirmed for the actual order.
