Modular outdoor kitchens
Build the outdoor kitchen around how you actually use it.
Real-stone kitchen modules give you the permanence of masonry without requiring the entire kitchen to be built stone by stone in your backyard. The stonework is completed before delivery, then the site focuses on placement, countertops, appliances and final connections.

Start with the layout
A kitchen system that can grow with the project.
Instead of treating every outdoor kitchen as a completely new masonry build, ModuStone uses repeatable sections that can be combined around the way you cook, serve and entertain.
Straight run
Simple, efficient and easy to place.
Keep the grill, preparation space and storage in one clean line. A strong fit for patios and spaces where circulation matters. Current 8-foot straight configurations are planned from approximately $20,000 CAD before appliances, countertop, delivery and site work.
L-shaped
Create a working corner and serving zone.
Turn the kitchen to add extra counter space, separate cooking from serving, or define the edge of an outdoor room.
Expandable
Add sections instead of rebuilding.
Plan additional counter, storage or feature modules as the project grows, while keeping the stonework visually coordinated.

A completed stone kitchen demonstrates the substantial finished appearance the modular system is designed to deliver.
Plan the working kitchen
The appliance is only one part of it.
A useful outdoor kitchen needs enough room to cook, put food down, store what belongs outside and move around without fighting the layout. We plan the masonry around those functions first.
Coordinate the grill or cooking appliance and its manufacturer-required clearances.
Provide practical counter space beside the cooking zone rather than treating the countertop as decoration.
Plan doors, drawers or open storage into the module where the selected layout allows it.
Add usable counter area or a return section so the kitchen can work as part of the entertaining space.
Built around the details
Stone on the outside. Practical planning inside.
The masonry should look permanent and traditional, but the openings, ventilation and services still have to work like a modern outdoor kitchen.
Appliance openings
Openings are coordinated around the appliance being installed so dimensions and clearances are considered before fabrication.
Countertops
Stone or other suitable outdoor countertop materials finish the system and provide the working surface that ties the modules together.
Doors & storage
Access doors, storage components and service openings can be planned into appropriate sections rather than cut in as an afterthought.
Ventilation & services
Gas appliances, electrical components and enclosed cabinets require product-specific planning. Venting and utility work must follow the appliance instructions and applicable codes.
Make it yours
The system is modular. The finished kitchen does not have to look generic.
Stone, countertops, appliance choices and layout give each kitchen its character. The repeatable part is the construction approach, not the final appearance.
From selection to set
How a ModuStone kitchen comes together.
The key decisions happen before fabrication, which makes delivery and installation much more predictable.
See the Full ProcessStart with the straight, corner or expanded arrangement that fits the space.
Provide the equipment specifications and select the stone and counter direction.
Complete the supporting base, access planning and required utility rough-ins.
Place the modules, complete the specified connections and finish the surrounding outdoor space.
Before you order
Outdoor kitchen questions.
Can I use my own grill?
Often, yes, provided the selected grill is suitable for built-in outdoor installation and its dimensions, ventilation requirements and clearances are confirmed before fabrication. Send us the model information early in the planning process.
Can the kitchen be L-shaped?
Yes. Straight and corner configurations are a natural fit for a modular system. The final arrangement depends on the selected sections, appliances, site dimensions and how you want people to move through the space.
Can I add another section later?
The modular approach makes expansion more practical than starting over with a completely site-built kitchen. If future expansion is likely, it is best to account for that when planning the original layout and services.
What does the kitchen need to sit on?
A level, structurally suitable base is required for the weight of the selected masonry modules and countertop. Confirm the product and layout before completing permanent foundation work.
What about propane or natural gas?
Fuel type, enclosure ventilation, regulator and connection requirements depend on the appliance and local rules. Those details must be coordinated with the appliance manufacturer's instructions and the qualified trade completing the connection.
Can you deliver outside Prince Edward Island?
Yes. Regional and longer-distance delivery across Canada can be planned around the finished kitchen configuration, destination, receiving access and unloading requirements. Send us the project location and proposed layout so we can review the practical options.
Does the kitchen arrive with the stone already installed?
Yes. The visible masonry and natural-stone exterior are completed during fabrication. Countertops, appliances, utilities and project-specific finishing are coordinated separately according to the selected configuration.
What does a ModuStone outdoor kitchen cost?
Current 8-foot straight kitchen configurations are planned from approximately $20,000 CAD before appliances, countertop, delivery, taxes and site work. Additional straight sections are planned from $4,995 CAD and L-shaped return sections from $5,995 CAD, subject to the final layout and options.

Tell us where the kitchen is going and what you want it to do.
Send the site dimensions, location and the grill or appliances you are considering. We can use that to narrow the right modular configuration before you order.
