For delivery planning, you may also provide information about the site, access route, driveway, unloading area or photographs that help determine whether a product can be delivered and placed safely.

We use personal information for reasonable business purposes connected with your inquiry or order, including:
- responding to questions and preparing quotes;
- reviewing product, site and delivery requirements;
- processing, scheduling and fulfilling orders;
- communicating about fabrication, pickup, delivery or installation;
- maintaining accounting and business records;

- meeting applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Online orders and payments
ModuStone may use third-party ecommerce and payment services to provide the catalog, cart, checkout and payment functions. Payment card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not intended to be stored in the static ModuStone website files.
The ecommerce provider may collect information needed to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, calculate taxes, communicate about the order and provide its services. Its handling of information is also governed by its own privacy terms.
Service providers
We may use third-party providers for services such as website hosting, ecommerce, payments, online forms, email, analytics, shipping or freight. We share information with those providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform the service.
Some service providers may process information outside your province or outside Canada. Where that occurs, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and warranty records, or to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and access
You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop using your information for optional marketing communications. Some information may need to be retained where required for an active order, warranty, accounting or legal purpose.
We do not sell customer personal information to third parties.
