For contractors, dealers & design professionals
Real masonry your business can plan around.
ModuStone moves the most labour-intensive part of a stone feature off the jobsite. You get a finished masonry product that can be specified, scheduled, delivered and set as part of a larger project.

Who ModuStone is for
A product line that fits several kinds of business.
The common problem is the same, clients want the look and permanence of real masonry, while the project still has to fit a schedule, crew and budget.
Landscape & masonry contractors
Add a substantial stone focal point without committing a mason to build the entire feature from scratch on site.
Builders & general contractors
Specify a real-stone outdoor feature with clearer base, access, lifting and finishing requirements before it reaches site.
Stone yards & showrooms
Offer customers more than material alone, with finished stone products that can complement hardscape, landscape and outdoor-living sales.
Designers & architects
Start with a repeatable product footprint, then coordinate stone, layout and surrounding materials around the project.
Why it works for trade
Less uncertainty on site. More value in the finished project.
ModuStone is not trying to replace good masonry. It packages more of it into a product so your crew can spend less time managing a specialist build on site.
Reduce specialist site labour
The masonry-intensive work is completed before delivery, leaving a more defined installation scope on site.
Plan the schedule earlier
Base preparation, site access, lifting and finishing can be coordinated alongside the rest of the landscape or construction work.
Sell a finished feature
Move the conversation from piles of material and open-ended labour to a recognizable product your customer can choose.
Keep the real-stone result
The customer still gets the mass, texture and permanence that make masonry worth specifying in the first place.
Trade support
The information you need before the truck arrives.
We want the installation to be boring in the best possible way. That means sorting out the important details before production and delivery.
How a trade order works
From specification to set.
Every job is different, but the process should not be mysterious. We confirm the product and site requirements first, then build around an agreed configuration.
Delivery & installationChoose the product category, size, layout and finish direction.
Review location, prepared base, access, lifting plan and any project-specific requirements.
The masonry unit is built and delivery is coordinated around the project schedule.
Position the unit, complete required connections and finishing, then hand the space back to the client.
Dealers & showrooms
Give customers something finished to buy.
Stone yards and outdoor-living showrooms already meet customers who like masonry but do not know where to begin with a custom build. ModuStone gives that conversation a product, a footprint and a path to installation.
ModuStone is building relationships with businesses interested in displaying, specifying or selling the product line in their region. The goal is a practical trade network, not simply a list of logos on a dealer page.
- Outdoor fireplaces and fire pits
- Modular outdoor kitchen sections
- Stone seating and coordinated features
- Standard products with finish options
- Product dimensions, weight and site-planning information
- Quote, freight and installation-planning support
A better showroom conversation
“What stone do you like?” is useful. “Which finished unit do you want?” is much easier to sell.ModuStone is intended to bridge the gap between choosing material and commissioning a completely custom masonry build.
Trade questions
Before you put it in a proposal.
Do I need a mason to install a ModuStone unit?
The amount of site masonry depends on the product and project. The purpose of the system is to complete the masonry-intensive portion before delivery, while the installer handles the prepared base, lifting, required connections and specified finishing work.
Can ModuStone work inside a larger landscape or construction project?
Yes. That is one of the main trade uses. The unit can be planned alongside patios, decks, retaining work, outdoor kitchens and other site features, provided the base, access and placement requirements are accounted for early.
Can a dealer or showroom carry ModuStone?
Yes. ModuStone is developing dealer and showroom relationships. Tell us the market you serve, your existing product mix, your delivery or installation capabilities and which ModuStone categories are most relevant.
Do you ship outside Prince Edward Island?
Yes. ModuStone can plan regional and longer-distance freight across Canada. Delivery depends on the product, destination, receiving access and unloading or lifting requirements.
What information can ModuStone provide for a proposal?
Depending on the product, we can provide dimensions, approximate weight, finish information, site and base requirements, lifting considerations, product pricing and delivery planning so the installation can be carried in the larger project scope.
What should a potential dealer include in an enquiry?
Tell us the region you serve, the type of customers you sell to, whether you have a showroom or yard, the product categories you already carry, and how you normally handle delivery or installation. That is enough to start a useful conversation.
